OVERVIEW

I teamed up with one of the world’s top consultants to bring his knowledge and experience to the masses, inspiring the next generation of consultants. As Creative Director, I managed and produced all creative aspects from design, to production. In a time where education is embracing the flexibility of the online learning environment heightened through social distancing, it is essential to produce reliable content and services. I not only manage the creative side, but the technical as well. Ensuring a seamless integration between form and function came from my over site and contribution to development.

WEB DESIGN

When designing the website, I took inspiration from the nature of the course itself. As the course is video based, it was important to mirror that with a video header, showcasing the professor in action. The course is centered around sharing the knowledge of this top consultant, we need to communicate that know-how. Displaying the vast amount of work and variety of such, the site highlighted the power of the knowledge within. Part of the marketing involves developing Andrew Pek into an influencer, a recognizable name and figure. To aid in those efforts, we made sure to show his face often, helping people draw associations to him as this course follows his advice.

WEB DEVELOPMENT

I created this website using WordPress and Elementor. The site features a Learning Management System created using LearnDash.

LOGO DESIGN

The brand revolves around the concept of “unplugged”, meaning a tell it like it is, unfiltered look on the secrets of the industry. The icon features the plug launching upward, symbolizing the effect this course can have on your career. The type treatment was chosen to remain modular, in the future more courses will fall under the “Unplugged” brand.

WORKBOOK

90 pages of workbook content were designed for learners to use and engage with over the span of the course. Activities were designed to re-enforce learning. The design approach used grid system principles, seen in the print industry in order to organize the dynamic content.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

I produced and directed the videos with the concept in mind to create something people would quite frankly want to watch. Too often, educational and training videos are such low quality that they distract and take away from the learning experience. From the beginning, we set out to make quality content to enrich the learning experience and match the quality of the knowledge bestowed.

Video Ad

I developed a series of short ads to market the course on various platforms. Here is an example of an ad promoting our partnership with Street2Ivy, a new location the course is offered. This particular stage was for brand awareness.
